Albert Francis “Sonny” Capone

According to Oak Creek Now, the man called 911 on July 3, 2012 and told the operator that he had killed Al Capone’s son after he held a gun to his head.  Capone’s son, Albert Francis “Sonny” Capone died in 2004, at the age of 86.

The man reportedly told police at around 3:00 am that he had killed his assailant in his car by breaking his neck.  When asked where the body was, he told responding officers that he must have strangled him and not killed him.  He said that the man left his car under his own power, taking his gun with him.

The man was arrested and charged with drunk driving and misuse of 911 after police saw his keys still in his ignition.
