Not having any place to put your quarters!
Wisconsin (The Gaslamp Post) – There are times in life when you see something that you wish you hadn’t. Sometimes you think to yourself, “I could have lived my whole life just fine without having seen that…”
An unsuspecting passerby happened past a laundromat in lovely Wausau, Wisconsin this past Sunday, when they noticed a naked man standing around the machines. That unlucky soul immediately called police.
Officers responding to the scene found 56-year-old Brent Stevens, who by that time at least had his pants on. Stevens, who has an outstanding arrest warrant for failing to appear in court, and two other charges against him for violating a restraining order and disorderly conduct, is no newbie when it comes to doing the jay-bird schuffle in public. According to the Wausau Daily Herald, Stevens was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior in 1999, but the charges were dropped.
He was later convicted that year of indecent exposure.
Mr. Stevens reportedly told police that he had been soaking in a hot tub in Northern Wisconsin when his clothing got wet. He told officers that he was uncomfortable in his wet clothes during his drive down to Eau Claire, so he figured he’d just pop right in at the laundromat to dry them off.
Every single article of clothing he was wearing…
Police checked Stevens for alcohol but found none in his system. He was arrested and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and faces 18 months in jail along with a $20,000 fine if convicted.
